Fast Gen AI provides time-limited access to software for generating images, videos, and text prompts with artificial intelligence. The selected tariff determines the license period, hourly limits, and available generation modes.

The current tariffs, prices, limits, and license duration are shown on the pricing page. The customer reviews these details before payment.

The customer selects a tariff, enters a valid email address, chooses a payment method, and completes payment. The license key and purchase details are delivered electronically to the email address entered during checkout. No physical delivery is provided.

Access is normally issued after payment confirmation. If delivery is delayed, the customer should contact support and provide the payment identifier and the email address used for the order.

Prices are shown on the pricing page. The final amount and currency are displayed before the customer confirms payment. A license is purchased for the stated period and does not renew automatically unless the customer places a new order.

Payment processing is provided by the payment method selected at checkout. The seller does not receive or store full bank card details.

The customer may use the service during the paid license period and within the published limits. The customer must not resell license keys, interfere with the service, bypass limits, or use the service for unlawful content or activity.

AI results may vary. The customer is responsible for reviewing generated content and confirming that its use complies with law and third-party rights.

The seller reviews the request and replies using the contact details supplied by the customer. A payment-provider fee or the value of an already delivered and used service may be considered where the law permits it.

Planned maintenance, external AI-provider failures, and network incidents may temporarily affect availability. The seller will take reasonable steps to restore access. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
